Delete your Sello account

You can delete your Sello account yourself, directly in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no waiting or retention period, and a deleted account cannot be recovered.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Sello app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Open Account and tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and its data are erased the moment you confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your Sello account permanently erases:

• Your profile — name, email address and avatar.
• All your loyalty cards, including every stamp and any rewards you haven't claimed.
• Any business team where you are the only member, together with its premises and programs.

There is no additional retention period: nothing is kept for later, and deleted data cannot be restored — by you or by us.

If you are the last admin of a team

If you are the last admin of a business team that still has other members, deletion is blocked so the team isn't left without an admin. Promote another member to admin first, then delete your account.

If you no longer have the app

You don't need the app installed to delete your account. Email support@sello-app.com from the email address associated with your Sello account and ask us to delete it — we will erase the same data described above.
