Redeem your rewards
Earned it? Claiming it takes one scan.
When a reward is ready
A completed stamp card, a reached points target or a valid coupon shows in your Rewards tab with a clear ready to redeem state. Rewards are redeemed at the business — that's where you get your free coffee, discount or treat.
At the counter
- Tell the staff you'd like to redeem.
- Show your My code QR.
- Staff scan it, see your ready rewards, and confirm the one you're claiming.
- Enjoy. The card resets and starts collecting again.
There's nothing to press on your side — no risk of accidentally "using" a reward at home. If it's marked redeemed, it happened at the counter.
Reward not showing?
- Check you're at a premise where the program runs — some programs are location-specific.
- A stamp card must be complete; check the Cards tab for how many stamps remain.
- Coupons can have limits (first visit only, one per customer) — an expired or used coupon shows as unavailable.
Still stuck? The staff can look at your card when they scan you and see exactly what's going on.
