Create your first program

With your business and premises set up, you're three minutes from a live loyalty program.

1. Start a new program

Go to the Programs tab and tap Create program. Choose a type:

• Stamp card — buy N, get a reward. The classic. Best first program for most businesses.
• Points — earn points per purchase, redeem for prizes.
• Coupon — a single redeemable offer, e.g. a welcome treat for first visits.
• Challenge — a goal with a deadline or streak, for regulars who want a game.

2. Configure it

For a stamp card you'll set:

• Name — what customers see, e.g. "Coffee Lovers".
• Stamps to complete — 8–10 works well for weekly-visit businesses.
• Reward — what a full card earns: "Free coffee", "Free cut", "Free dessert".
• Premises — which locations the card works at.

3. Publish

Publish and the program is live: it appears to customers who join your business, and in Discover for people nearby.

Test it end to end

Before the morning rush, run one full loop with a colleague's phone:

1. They install Sello and show their My code QR.
2. You scan it from the business app and add a stamp.
3. Their card appears with one stamp — done.

That's the entire counter experience. If it felt fast in the test, it stays fast at rush hour.
