Redeem rewards
Redeeming is scan-first: you don't need to know what the customer has earned — the scan tells you.
The Redeem flow
- Open Scan and switch the toggle to Redeem.
- Scan the customer's QR.
- Sello shows the customer's card and every reward they can redeem right now — completed stamp cards, reached points targets, valid coupons. One is preselected; several are tap-to-pick.
- Confirm. The reward is marked redeemed and the customer's card resets or the coupon is consumed.
Nothing ready to redeem?
If the customer has no redeemable reward, staff see their progress ("2 stamps to go") and get an Add a stamp instead shortcut — the interaction stays positive and nobody re-queues.
Why staff confirm redemptions
Redemptions happen at the counter, confirmed by your team — never self-served from the customer's phone. That means no screenshot fraud, no double redemptions, and a clean record of every reward given, visible in your dashboard.
Redemption history
Every redemption is logged with program, premise and time. Check the Home dashboard for today's redemptions and recent activity.
